Key Booking Information
University Cost Codes: Please have a valid internal cost code ready when placing your booking.
AV & Equipment: We have one shared portable monitor available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend bringing your own laptop and adaptors if needed.
Rates for external events are tailored to your specific setup and catering requirements. Please get in touch with the team at Oxford University Event Venues for a bespoke quotation.
- Step-free access: The main entrance, workspace lounge, bar, and outdoor terrace are fully wheelchair accessible.
- Lift access: A lift provides full access to the lower ground floor.
- Facilities: Accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities are located on the ground floor.
Keep your guests energised with flexible catering options, sourced locally and tailored to your event schedule:
- Day Meetings & Seminars: Freshly brewed tea and coffee, herbal infusions, biscuits, and morning pastry platters.
- Lunch Breaks: Working buffet lunches, artisan sandwich platters, and fresh fruit bowls (dietary requirements fully catered for).
- Evening Functions: Fully licensed bar service featuring draft beers, wines, soft drinks, and evening reception platters.

Our main meeting spaces come equipped with high-definition display screens, HDMI/USB connections, and hybrid video-conferencing capabilities at no additional charge. Please speak to your event contact to confirm your requirements and ensure that the room meets your needs.
Please note that the Club does not have dedicated visitor car parking on-site. We encourage visitors to use Oxford’s Park & Ride services or nearby public transport.
On-Street Parking: Limited pay-and-display parking is available along Mansfield Road and Keble Road.
Zero Emission Zone (ZEZ): Please be aware of Oxford's Zero Emission Zone charges if driving into central Oxford.
